Shipping & Delivery

If you give an order from OUTSIDE TÜRKİYE address, please note the text below.

When will my product be shipped for my purchases?

Products will be shipped in 3 days. Your orders that you create from our internet store are delivered to you with the guarantee of ARAMEX, FEDEX, PTS and UPS. You can find average delivery times and remote areas that cannot be delivered via the cargo company's website "Where is my cargo" or you can get support from our customer relations.

Please consider these when placing your order.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders that included preorder or/and customized items. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery. It is not Ramsey's responsibility to pay taxes on any customs-cleared order.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

There will be shipping fee that depends on your delivery country. It will be added in your cart after you add your items which you want to buy.

How can I track the shipping information of my order?

You can view your related order from the "My Account" page and follow the shipping process of your order under the "My Orders" heading. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your order with the cargo tracking number to be given to you. If you did not get any tracking number, please send a message us via WhatsApp.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the high fees of customs and cargo fees in overseas orders. If you need any help please contact us via Whatsapp.

What can I do if I do not receive my order?

The cargo company will deliver your order to the address you have specified. In case you cannot be found at your address, the person who brings your cargo will leave a note that you can pick up your package from the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch. You can find the status of your cargo in the "My Orders" section of the "My Account" page "Cargo Tracking" you can follow by clicking on the link.

When will my product be shipped for my purchases?

Products labelled Fast Delivery are shipped within 24 hours at the latest, excluding weekends and public holidays. Your other orders within an average of 4 working days Yurtiçi Cargo with the following The delivery of your order may vary depending on the correct delivery address and delivery province. The supply process of orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the first working day. When will my product be shipped during discount periods?

Due to the intensity experienced during the discount periods, the shipping time varies between 7-15 working days.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

You do not pay shipping fees for your purchases of 3450 TL and above from www.ramsey.com.tr. for orders under 3450 TL, the shipping fee is charged as 59,95 TL.

How can I track the shipping information of my order?

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

If you prefer our contracted domestic cargo, you do not pay shipping fees. If you prefer a shipping company other than this for the return, the shipping fee is borne by the customer.

I want to change my order delivery address, how can I do that?

You can change your order address from the "My Addresses" section on the "My Account" page or you can define your new address by ticking the "I want to define a new address" button during the purchase process. This address will be used as the delivery address for your order from then on. 

What can I do if I do not receive my order?

The cargo company will deliver your order to the address you have specified. What is the Fast Delivery time?

Express Delivery is only available for products marked "Express Delivery". If all of the products in the basket are in this way, your order will be supplied on the first working day and shipped on the same day. If there are products in the basket that are not included in Express Delivery, the shipping time will be the standard shipping time.
