Your personal data, through GÜRMEN, KİP and RAMSEY stores, by our employees, business partners or suppliers; through security cameras and devices, through automatic methods such as recording all kinds of shopping, collection, delivery, transaction, survey filling, registration and recording of transactions in our systems, through the Loyalty Card membership contract form, recording your requests and complaints, partially automatic methods such as recording the information you verbally declare to the sales consultants in the stores in our systems and non-automatic methods such as recording information/documents about you from official institutions, organisations and judicial/administrative authorities, recording the records of your return/review processes in the relevant documents and visiting GÜRMEN, KİP and RAMSEY websites and mobile applications; shopping through the relevant areas; recording your requests and complaints, recording your calls with the call centre.

Cookie records, information obtained through Marketing-Campaign work; favourites, likes, behaviours, preferences, search movements, segments, cookie and advertisement identifier/identity information, communication preferences, survey answers, demographic information, customer requests/complaints, etc. Your personal data,

Your personal data such as Name, Surname, E-Mail Address, Telephone Number, Body-Size Information, Passport Information, Flight Information, Turkish ID Number, Nationality, Personal Company Information in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law;

Your personal data by GÜRMEN GROUP, provided that adequate and effective measures are taken in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles specified in the legislation; To public institutions or organizations authorized to request this data as required by legal obligation, to our business partners, suppliers, (such as Cargo for the delivery of products, call center for customer relations) that we cooperate with in order to deliver our products and services as GÜRMEN GİYİM SAN. TİC. A.Ş., our GÜRMEN GROUP company GÜRMEN GİYİM SAN. TİC. A.Ş., in which our company is incorporated, may be transferred in accordance with Article 8 of the Law in accordance with the above-mentioned processing reasons of this data.
Your Rights under the Law
As data subjects, you have the right, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, to learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, you have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data. GÜRMEN reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

Your e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, if any,
The subject of your request is mandatory and information and documents related to the subject, if any, must be attached to the application.
The relevant persons who have given their consent to GÜRMEN for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages to GÜRMEN may refuse to be contacted about general and special campaigns, advantages, product, service promotions, advertising, market research surveys and other customer satisfaction practices through the contact information they have provided at any time, without stating any reason.
The relevant persons/members may make their refusal notification in this regard through Gürmen, KİP and Ramsey stores or other relevant channels mentioned above.
According to the explicit notification of the relevant person/member in this regard, communications to the party for the channels specified by the relevant person/member will be stopped within the legal maximum period (possible-required transactions and communications will continue according to the law).
