This Clarification Text (Mehmet Nesih Özmen Mahallesi, Keresteciler Sitesi Kızılcık Sokak No: 23 34173 Merter, Güngören Istanbul/Turkey), Data Controller GÜRMEN GİYİM SANAYİ"), located in Istanbul, takes the highest possible security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy. Our aim; In accordance with Article 10 of the “Personal Data Protection Law” numbered 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data are collected, the purposes of processing, legal reasons and your rights.

1. Data Controller
   Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data will be collected and processed by GÜRMEN GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP”) (“Our Company”) as the data controller within the scope described below.

During the WhatsApp Support Line process, your personal data in the table below will be processed.

3. Purpose for which Personal Data will be Processed
 
Your personal data in the categories of Identity, Contact, Visual and Auditory Records and Customer Transaction Information specified in the table above will be processed for the processing purposes stated below.
- Execution of Goods / Service After Sales Support Services
- Execution of Goods / Service Sales Processes
- Execution of Customer Relationship Management Processes
- Execution of Activities for Customer Satisfaction
- Follow-up of Requests / Complaints / Suggestions

4. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected and processed through the information you transmit when you contact “GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP” via WhatsApp platform. Your personal data collected by this method;
- Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract
- Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
 
are processed on the basis of legal grounds.

5. To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
Within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes and provided that your personal data is limited, connected and measured for these purposes, your personal data is transferred abroad if you have your explicit consent due to the fact that WhatsApp servers are located abroad. In the absence of your explicit consent, WhatsApp conversations are terminated.

6. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or together GÜRMEN GROUP”) by the methods set out below, (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or together GÜRMEN GROUP” will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or together GÜRMEN GROUP”). In this context, personal data owners;
- To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

According to the nature of your request, the information and documents that will enable identification must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not provided as required, there may be problems in the full and qualified execution of the investigations to be carried out by (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP”) in accordance with your request. In this case, (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP” declares that it reserves its legal rights. For this reason, your application must be sent completely and in a way to include the requested information and documents according to the nature of your request.
