GÜRMEN GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş (‘GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP’) takes the highest possible security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.
Our aim; In accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and in line with your satisfaction, to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data are collected, the purposes of processing, the persons shared, the legal reasons and your rights.

1. a) Data Controller
Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (‘Law No. 6698’), your personal data is collected and processed by GÜRMEN GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. as the data controller (referred to as ‘GÜRMEN GROUP’ or ‘COMPANY’) within the scope described below.
During the process, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages (electronic mail) to you in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation.

2. c) Purpose of Processing Personal Data
   All of your personal data listed above such as name, surname, e-mail address and shopping history, survey, cookie records, campaign study results collected by the COMPANY are processed for the following purposes;
   - Execution of Company / Product / Service Loyalty Processes
   - Execution of Communication Activities
   - Receiving and Evaluating Suggestions for Improvement of Business Processes
   - Execution of Customer Relationship Management Processes
   - Execution of Activities for Customer Satisfaction
   - Conducting Marketing Analysis Studies

• Execution of Advertising / Campaign / Promotion Processes
  - Execution of Marketing Processes of Products / Services
  - Providing Information to Authorised Persons, Institutions and Organisations
   ç) Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
  Your personal data; limited to the purposes specified below in verbal, written or electronic media;
   
  - By automatic means via Gürmen Group Whatsapp Support Line,
   
  The following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law;
   
  - Explicit consent of the person concerned,
  - It is collected on the basis that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

1. d) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
   Your personal data collected in accordance with the personal data transfer conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, limited to the realisation of the processing purposes specified in section c) above and to be valid for all of them;
    
   - To the domestic and foreign suppliers of the COMPANY, third parties from whom support services are received (sending commercial messages via SMS, e-mail, telephone, advertising companies for the purpose of creating campaigns, companies providing CRM and software support, etc.),
   - abroad due to the Whatsapp servers being located abroad
   - It can be transferred to authorised public institutions and legally authorised private persons or entities.

11. e) Rights of the Relevant Person Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company by the methods set out below, the COMPANY will finalise the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged up to ten pages in the response to be given. A transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the COMPANY will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

In this context, personal data owners;
1. To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
2. Request information if personal data has been processed,
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
5. To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
6. Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
7. To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
8. In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

In accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your request to exercise your rights mentioned above in Turkish; in writing with information and documents certifying your identity to the Company's Merter Keresteciler Sitesi Kızılcık Sk. No: 23 Güngören / Istanbul address in writing with information and documents certifying your identity, you can send your applications you want to make via e-mail to gurmen@gurmen.com.tr, your applications you want to make via KEP to gurmengiyimas@hs01.kep.tr by registered electronic mail (KEP).
Gürmen Group reserves the right to verify your identity in order to prevent unlawful sharing of your personal data.

In your application;
1. Your name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,
2. For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, your Turkish ID number; if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number or ID number, if any,
3. Your residential or workplace address for notification,
4. Your e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, if any,
5. Your request subject,
and information and documents related to the subject, if any, must also be attached to the application.
